We are Youth Leadership Society of BC.
The Youth Leadership Society of British Columbia (YLSBC) is a non profit organization that aims to promote the education and development of leadership skills in youth, through experiential learning. Our youth-driven programs are designed to foster good citizenship and build enriching life skills.
Our Mission: Unleash The Leader Within You
Course Purpose: Become an everyday leader in various forums, be it at work, school, community, national and global.
Attend the BC Student Leadership Conference
Participating in community events ex. hot meals program, volunteer stands.
Undertaking projects at school or community as an individual or as part of a team.
Course Purpose: Strengthen the leadership skills, ability, behaviour, relationship and process.
Attend CSLC
Lead community projects outside and inside YLSBC
Participate in Youth Leadership Challenge
Course Purpose: Applying leadership knowledge in a self developed sustainable project for the betterment of the community.
Attend GSLS
Attending International Student Leadership Conferences
