About Us

We Are The Youth Leadership Society of British Columbia

YLSBC is a community driven organization on its way to being completely run by the youth. We focus on youth leadership in our community and strive to produce an environment that is tailored to produce many young leaders. We aim to promote the education and development of leadership skills in youth through experiential learning. We do many programs through the organization including public speaking, youth adventure programs, youth leadership programs, community service opportunities and many more. You can find more details at ylsbc.org

Our leadership programs are delivered by adults and youth, both of who have demonstrable knowledge and leadership experience at work or in the community.

We are fortunate to have the guidance of elected officials from all three levels of the government, who, despite their busy schedules, take time to meet and address our leadership youth during our camps and other events, sharing their insight into leadership principles.

Before you start you Leadership journey, here is some advice from our leaders!
